How Do I Know If I Qualify?

You qualify if you’re a current StorageCraft partner who has:

• Platinum-level partner standing
  
• A StorageCraft Certified Engineer on staff
  
• A StorageCraft Certified Master Engineer on staff
  
• Machines enrolled at the Cloud Premium Service Level of StorageCraft Cloud Services
  

How Does the StorageCraft Recovery Guarantee Work?

If you are a qualified partner who experiences a true disaster and can’t successfully virtualize an affected machine, you’re eligible for compensation if both are true:

• You report the issue to StorageCraft Support within 24 hours of the disaster
  
• Support is unable to quickly resolve the issue — typically within 24 hours
  

Rest assured we’ll take an all-hands-on-deck approach to ensure a full, speedy recovery of your systems and data. If we can’t resolve your issue, we’ll pay you $10,000 USD in cash or credit per machine, for up to 10 machines, for a total of up to $100,000 USD in cash or credit.
